Roosien Builders Inc. Having been blessed to be in business since 1978, our team specializes in quality custom homes. We also do home renovations and light commercial projects. We would be happy to assist you in the design process as well as the selection process of a lot. Being hands-on builders, we do our own rough carpentry, trim carpentry and custom cabinets. We are a small family business, which allows us to give you the attention that other larger companies can't. We feel we have a wonderful working relationship with our sub-contractors, many of whom are second generation tradesmen. We are also members at the state and national levels of the HBA. Our team consists of owner Roger Roosien, Chris, his wife, and son Nate, who joined the business in 2001. Roger, has served on the Board of Directors and several committees of the Home and Building Association of Greater Grand Rapids.
